Bid Locker is a secure bid submission and e-procurement platform.
Bid Locker is used by agencies from coast to coast to publish contracting opportunities and to securely accept bids online. There is no cost to you as a vendor to use Bid Locker, and setting up your profile will take about 10 minutes.
With your vendor profile, you'll have access to your vendor dashboard, where you can save keyword searches and agency watchlists to stay informed about new solicitations that may be of interest to you. You'll also be able to review the contracting opportunities you've expressed interest in, as well as a complete history of bids and proposals you've submitted.
