Description
The University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) is soliciting proposals from experienced firms to provide radio advertising services for commercial content on vendor’s radio network (local, national and international), with a focus on engaging military-affiliated and veteran populations to further their post-secondary higher educational needs.
This is a very niche service and has both stateside and international components. Among other requirements, the vendor shall recommend optimization of and testing opportunities for content and products. Vendor shall demonstrate ongoing expertise for radio channels/placements they are actively managing on behalf of the university, as well as tracking and providing POVs on new opportunities.
Technical and Price Proposals are due no later than 2:00 PM ET on July 23, 2024. Please read the directions carefully for electronic submissions to Bid Locker. Firms must be registered on Bid Locker prior to uploading Proposals.
Proposers are to contact the Issuing Office with their intent of responding in order to be added to the Proposers List.

Answers will be addressed in an addendum, and will be sent to all other Offerors, but without identification of the Inquirer. Questions must be received by the date and time as listed on the Cover and the Solicitation Schedule of this RFP.
