Pre-Proposal Conference Information
There will be an optional virtual pre-proposal meeting on October 2, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST where the County will describe the project vision and will answer questions. Statements made by County representatives at the pre-proposal conference are not binding on the County unless confirmed in an addendum. A link for the meeting provided on page 4 of the RFP.
