Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to execute a contract with one (1) or more agencies and/or individuals who are certified to provide on-call biohazard decontamination and debris cleanup at various locations around the county.
Special Instructions
Due to the vast amount of work listed in the RFP, Proposer may propose on some or all of the requirements in the Scope of Work. Each item Proposer intends to propose for listed in the Scope of Work must be clearly addressed in the proposal. All items should be addressed with a clear definition of the Proposer’s ability to provide service in each area. Please provide information relevant to Deschutes County demonstrating Proposer’s ability to fulfill the services. If the Proposer is unable to fulfill a specific section of the Scope of Work, clearly denote that in your response.
