Description

The University of Maryland Global Campus ("UMGC" or "University") is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to support digital media creative development, implementation, performance testing, and optimization of assets. The vendor must have an understanding of best practices and trends of social media and digital platforms, capabilities to conceptualize and execute creative asset development at scale, an understanding of performance metrics and indicators and analytic capabilities to structure and develop optimal testing planning, optimization and solutions based on the University’s objectives. Creative strategy and production for all digital and social media platforms (current or future) should be considered applicable, including, but not limited to, Meta, Google Demand Gen, DV360, LinkedIn, TikTok, Performance Max, paid search, etc.

Technical Proposals are due no later than 11:00 AM ET on October 23, 2025. Please read the directions carefully for electronic submissions to Bid Locker. Firms must be registered to Bid Locker prior to uploading Proposals.
