Description
The City of Tualatin is seeking proposals from licensed contractors to provide scheduled and routine inspection, cleaning, repair, and maintenance on the roofs and gutters of several city facilities as well as unscheduled, on-call urgent, and emergency repair. Proposals will be received until 2:00 pm local time, June 26, 2025, via BidLocker at https://bidlocker.us/a/tualatinoregon.
An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held to provide an opportunity to tour the sites where the awarded contractor will be expected to deliver services. Proposers will meet on June 2, 2025, at 8:00 am, local time, at the Pacific Madrone conference room in the Tualatin City Services building at 10699 SW Herman Rd., Tualatin, OR 97062.
No proposal will be considered unless completed in a manner provided in the Request for Proposals (“RFP”) packet. Any proposal received after the closing time will not be accepted or considered.

This is a contract for a public work, subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 and prevailing wages are required on all work performed under this contract, regardless of the amount of each assignment.
Proposers are required to certify non-discrimination in employment practices, and identify resident status as defined in ORS 279A.120. Pre-qualification of proposers is not required. All proposers are required to comply with the provisions of Oregon Revised Statutes and Local Contract Review Board (LCRB) Policy.
The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City that it is in the public interest to do so.
