Description
In general, the Scope of Work includes site preparation and the installation of a new 16' x 24' pre-manufactured metal shelter with integrated seating at Eagle Rock Park in Vida, Oregon. The scope also includes the development of ADA-compliant parking and an accessible pathway. Prior to the commencement of any work, the site contractor is responsible for verifying the location of all existing utilities. Existing trees and vegetated planters shall be protected throughout the duration of the project. The contractor shall also provide all necessary surveying, staking, grading, and blue topping services as required for construction.
Pre-Qualification Instructions
This solicitation is for a Lane County Community Benefit Bidding project, therefore prime bidders and First Tier Subcontractors that provide select trades must be prequalified prior to submitting a bid. Prequalification applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis but must be received no less than ten (10) days prior to the bid Closing Date to be considered a responsive bidder. Prequalification applications as well as a list of prequalified contractors can be found on the Lane County Procurement & Purchasing webpage at: www.lanecounty.org/bids .

A MANDATORY Pre-Offer Conference will be held on Tuesday May 13, 2025, 10:00am, at Eagle Rock Park: 49384 McKenzie Highway Vida, OR 97488. Only Offerors in attendance will be permitted to submit an offer for this project. Subcontractors and suppliers are not required to attend the conference but are advised to do so if a site visit is necessary to submit a quote. Statements made by County staff or representatives are not binding upon the County unless confirmed by written addendum.
