Description

Scope of Services The Port of Portland (Port) is soliciting proposals from experienced firms or teams of firms (the "Provider" or "Providers") capable of providing advice, guidance, expertise and transaction assistance in connection with debt financings, interest rate swap agreements, financial planning and debt management, including arbitrage rebate compliance services, as well as other financial consulting services as more fully described in the Scope of Services. The Port intends to award a single contract to one firm, with subconsultants employed under that firm allowable if included the proposal response or later requested by the Port, with an initial term of five (5) years and two one-year options to extend the term.
