Description
Metro is requesting window cleaning and building exterior cleaning services at the below listed P'5 properties. - Antoinette Hatfield Hall (AHH) is located at 1111 SW Broadway, Portland, OR 97205 and has full height glass on three elevations and numerous other glass windows on multiple levels including a large rooftop skylight. - Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall (ASCH) is located at 1037 SW Broadway, Portland, OR, 97205 and has full height glass on two elevations and other glass windows on multiple levels. - Keller Auditorium (KA) is located at 222 SW Clay, Portland, OR 97201 and has one elevation of full height glass under a portico. The successful bidder(s) will provide all necessary equipment, product (except as noted) skilled technicians and supervision necessary to provide window cleaning services once a year and building exterior cleaning once per building (during the contract) as described in the table of bid prices and as directed by MERC representative. Window and building cleaning services frequencies may be changed due to fiscal funding or budget constraints.Attachments
