Description
The spires and crescent areas of the Oregon Convention Center have many points of water intrusion due to failed sealants. Per the solicitation documents, the selected Contractor will repair these areas to prevent future water intrusion. A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on March 17, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the OCC Holladay Lobby, located at the NE Holladay Street entrance.
