Description

The NW 19th St & NW Maple Ave Traffic Signal Project #TR2412 (Project) includes the reconstruction of the NW 19th Street and NW Maple Avenue intersection. Project also includes the installation of traffic signals to replace the existing four-way stop traffic controls. The City estimates the cost of improvements at $1,200,000. All workmanship, materials, and conditions shall conform to applicable construction codes, Specifications included on plans, any special provisions included in these documents, issued addendums, the General Conditions, Special Provisions, Redmond Standards & Specifications 2024 and any Supplementary Conditions.

A mandatory pre-Bid conference shall be held via Microsoft Teams at 2:00 P.M. on March 23, 2026. Statements made by City representatives at the pre-Bid conference are not binding on the City unless confirmed in an addendum. If mandatory included language.  Attendance at the Pre-Bid meeting will be evidenced by posting of Microsoft Teams attendance list. All interested in attending this meeting must register through Bid Locker to receive a calendar invitation with the Teams meeting link.
