RFP 4542 On call Printing Service

Description

Metro is requesting proposals for printing, large format printing and business correspondence.

Proposals are being requested for three service categories. Proposers may submit proposals for one or more categories. Separate proposals must be submitted for each category.

Service category 1: on call printing

Contractors shall provide printing services for Metro’s professionally printed marketing and communication materials. These materials include but are not limited to brochures, newsletters, reports, directories, guidebooks, postcards, mailers, maps and posters.

Service category 2: Business correspondence

Contractor shall provide an online ordering portal and printing services for Metro’s professionally printed business correspondence materials. These materials include but are not limited to business cards, letterhead and envelopes.

Service category 3: Large format printing

Contractor shall provide fabrication and delivery services for Metro’s large format, custom signage and display materials, including but not limited to exterior and interior banners, flatbed printing, custom graphic panel cutting, presentation boards, and printed adhesive vinyl. Some jobs will require on-site installation at various sites, and/or quick-turn mobile signage for events.
