Description
City of Tualatin is accepting bids for its BASALT CREEK LINEAR PARK project until 2:00 pm (local time), February 26, 2026, via the City’s bid management portal at https://bidlocker.us/a/tualatinoregon (“Bid Portal”), where Contract Documents may be reviewed. Specifications may also be reviewed at City Offices, located at 18880 SW Martinazzi Ave., Tualatin, OR 97062.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the Bid Portal; bids submitted by any other means will not be accepted. Richard Contreras, Contracts & Procurement Analyst, is the designated contact for this solicitation and can be reached at rcontreras@tualatin.gov or (503) 691-3080.
The City will host a virtual public bid opening at 2:15 pm (local time), February 26, 2026. Please see the Bid Portal for access instructions. A list of bidders and preliminary bid totals will be posted to the Bid Portal promptly after the virtual bid opening.
First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure must be submitted via the Bid Portal no later than 4:00 pm (local time), February 26, 2026, two working hours after the Bid Closing.
IDENTIFICATION OF PROJECT: Major items of work consist of the following:
Minor site improvements for a 0.34 acre site including concrete walkway, small gathering area, site furnishings, and plantings; provision of power and water line for irrigation system for trees, shrubs, and rain garden water quality facility; provision of water and drain line for accessible drinking fountain.
This is a contract for a public work, subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 and prevailing wages are required. Contractor must comply fully with the provisions of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870. Contractor and subcontractors shall pay Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) wages to workers for each category of labor, as applicable. Bidders are responsible for quoting labor correctly and no adjustments will be allowed. Wage rates may be found at the following websites:
