Description

Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide revegetation management services. Interested contractors must submit proposals. District intends to award multiple three-year Price Agreements. 

Proposal Documents Due: 4:00:00 p.m. (local time), Friday, March 27, 2026. Late proposals or proposals that are faxed, mailed or emailed will not be accepted.

Copies of the RFP can be downloaded from Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/5606_Request_For_Proposals___Revegetation_Management_Services. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to refer daily to Bid Locker’s website to check for any available amendments or addenda, responses to inquiries or questions, cancellations, or notices of intent to award, and any and all information regarding this opportunity. It is not District’s responsibility to notify participating Contractors by email or by any other means of any of the above.

We are a water resources management utility that combines science and nature to clean water and return it to the Tualatin River, so it can be used again.
