Description

Equipment and Decorator Services Scope of Work is to provide, setup, and tear down equipment and decorations (décor) that transforms the Fairgrounds into the Lane County Fair.

These services and equipment must Include but are not limited to:

•    Pre-plan, layout, and setup in coordination with LEC Event Staff and Management Team
•    Installation/Setup and Removal/Take-down
•    Canopies and Tents
•    Stage Structure and Rigging
•    Trussing, Decking, and Shade Cloths
•    Lighting and Visuals
•    Power Supply and Controls
•    Pipe and Drape
•    Fencing and Scrim
•    Décor and Furnishings
•    Other Related Items

About Lane County

About Lane County Procurement

Lane County is comprised of twelve departments that each process contracts and make purchases per Contract Policies approved by the Lane County Board of Commissioners.  These policies can be found in the Lane Manual Chapter 20.  Oversight is provided by the Procurement Office and County Counsel.
