Description
Metro, acting by and through the appointed Metropolitan Exposition Recreation Commission (MERC), is requesting proposals for Landscape Maintenance Services for the Oregon Convention Center and Portland Expo Center. The Oregon Convention Center (OCC), a LEED Platinum and Salmon-Safe certified facility requires landscape maintenance services for the main facility and two offsite locations. The Portland Expo Center is Oregon’s largest multi-purpose facility. The 53-acre campus hosts a multitude of events and exhibitions. The use of emissions free landscape equipment is a key component of this document.

Portland Expo Center: 2060 North Marine Drive, Portland, OR on Thursday January 8, 2026 at 9:00 am. Park in the parking lot in front of Hall D (free parking). Please meet at the main entrance (Hall D lobby). Contact Expo security 503-736-5220 for assistance or access.
