Description
Metro, acting by and through the appointed Metropolitan Exposition Recreation Commission (MERC), is inviting bids for Roofing Maintenance and Repair Services for the Oregon Convention Center and Portland Expo Center.
The contract contemplated consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, personnel, coordination and mobilization to perform roof repair and bi-annual maintenance work on existing roof systems such as but not limited to, PVC and TPO single ply and elastomeric traffic coating covering various roofing areas at the Oregon Convention Center.
The contract contemplated consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, personnel, coordination and mobilization to perform roof repair and bi-annual maintenance and inspection work on existing roofing systems at the Portland Expo Center.
