Owner's Representative for Riverfront Park

Description

The City of Tualatin requests proposals from qualified firms to provide Owner’s Representative services for its Riverfront Park project. The City will screen and select prospective consultants to provide these related services as provided in ORS 279C.120(1)(c). Proposals will be received until 2:00 pm local time, December 19, 2025, via BidLocker at https://bidlocker.us/a/tualatinoregon/BidLocker.

No proposal will be considered unless completed in the manner provided in the Request for Proposals (“RFP”) document. Any proposal received after the closing time will not be accepted or considered.

RFP documents may be downloaded from BidLocker at https://bidlocker.us/a/tualatinoregon/BidLocker or obtained in person at the City of Tualatin’s City Offices Building, located at 18880 SW Martinazzi Ave., Tualatin, OR 97062.

Pre-qualification of proposers is not required. All proposers are required to comply with the provisions of the Oregon Public Contracting Code and the City of Tualatin Public Contracting Rules.

The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so.
