Description
Lane County is seeking quotes from qualified suppliers to provide comprehensive environmental review services for three sites within the McKenzie River Valley (map of sites attached). Environmental review shall be compliant with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and HUD’s implementing regulations at 24 CFR Part 58, including all related federal laws and authorities listed in 24 CFR §§58.5 and 58.6.
Objectives:
The objectives of this scope are to:
- Determine the appropriate level of environmental review for each site.
- Assess potential environmental impacts and site conditions, including contamination.
- Ensure compliance with all federal environmental and historic preservation requirements.
- Prepare complete, defensible documentation for the environmental review record.
