February 26, 2020 CITY OF HILLSBORO NOTICE OF PERMISSIVE COOPERATIVE PROCUREMENTFITNESS EQUIPEMENT In accordance with Oregon Revised Statute ORS 279A.215 (2), notice is hereby given that the City of Hillsboro intends to award a contract to Pacific Fitness Products dba Precor Commercial Fitness & EENW for the purchase of Fitness Equipment for an amount of approximately $420,000. The City intends to use a Sourcewell permissive cooperative contract, number 120215 awarded in accordance with the provisions of ORS 279A.215. Comments regarding this intended procurement may be submitted to: Elaine Baker, Purchasing Manager.
