Description
In general, work includes 24/7 on-call maintenance and repair services at various County locations for the trades listed below. The County may add trades as needed. Offerors are encouraged to submit multiple proposals based on different trades they perform.
1. Electrical
2. Low voltage electrical and data cabling
3. Security system components including access control, cameras, and alarm system repair and maintenance
4. Audio and video system repair and upgrades
5. Overhead door and electric gate
6. Plumbing
7. Drain services
8. HVAC including building controls
9. Arborist and hazard tree removal services
10. Debris removal including snow, ice, vegetation, etc.
11. Locksmith
12. Welding and metal fabrication
13. Glazing/glass repair and replacement
14. Pressure washing, exterior cleaning, window washing
15. General Contractor services

About Lane County Procurement
