RFP 4517 MRC Commercial Landscaping Services

Description

Metro is seeking proposals from qualified firms to perform the following services and to deliver the products described:

1.       Ability to hand weed native habitat beds and planting sites

2.       Ability to adhere to agreed upon maintenance schedules and weekly maintenance visits (Exhibit C: Schedule of Services)

3.       Adhere to a no pesticide practice, however if required use of pesticides must be approved by facilities management

4.       All equipment and tools must be manual, or battery powered

5.       MRC desires an engaged contractor that demonstrates knowledge and skill in native plant habitat maintenance practices

6.       Comply with LEED Gold certification standards

7. Adhere to Metro’s Integrated Pest Management Policy
