Description
Metro is requesting proposals for Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for Staff Space Renovations at the Oregon Convention Center. Metro is seeking a contractor to perform renovations on 4 Metro staff areas in 4 interlinked phases. The services will be performed in a two-(2) step process; preconstruction phase services and construction phase services as described in the solicitation document. A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at Oregon Convention Center in the Operations Conference Room, 777 NE Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFP requirements.Attachments
