Description

The University is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the demolition of (3) separate structures within a 1-mile radius of Salisbury University. See attached site plan  and drawings. Demolition may occur separately or simultaneously. If completed individually start with Phase 1 then proceed to Phase 2 and Phase 3. Phase 1 must be 100% complete  prior to starting other phases. Phase 2 and Phase 3 may be completed together given their close proximity to each other. All demolition phases are for single structures which vary in construction type and scale.
