Description
Metro is inviting bids for a Contractor who will provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to demolish and remove all debris from the Lower
Pudding Natural Area Property, located at 23675 S Knights Bridge Rd Canby, OR 97013 Clackamas County Tax Lot ID: 31E31 00801

Pre-Bid Site Visit Information
A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on August 13, 2025, at 1:00
p.m. at the project site located at 23675 S Knights Bridge Rd, Canby, OR 97013. Per Metro’s Subcontractor Equity
Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who
attend the pre-bid conference.
