Description
District is seeking Sealed Bids for construction of the Quail Valley Pump Station and Forcemain Project No. 7133
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by telephone conference at 2:00 p.m. local time on
October 14, 2025. Bidders can attend the opening by calling the telephone conference number
503.681.4499.
Contractor shall complete the work as specified or indicated in Owner’s Contract Documents for
the Project. The Project generally consists of the following:
Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the following work:
1. Construct a new Quail Valley Pump Station as described in the specifications and
drawings, including but not limited to the following:
a. Site grading, paving, fencing, and landscaping
b. Pump station wetwell and 10-horsepower submersible duplex pumps
c. Electrical, instrumentation, and control equipment including a standby diesel
generator
d. Various site piping, including valves
e. Precast vaults, basins, and SSMHs
f. Metal fabrications
2. Construct a new Quail Valley Sanitary Force Main as described in the specifications and
drawings, including but not limited to the following:
a. Temporary traffic control
b. Trenching, excavation, and dewatering
c. Boring and jacking
d. Horizontal directional drilling
e. HDPE sanitary force main
3. Construct the Oak Village Pump Station improvements as described in the specifications
and drawings, including but not limited to the following:
a. Temporary bypass pumping
b. Demolition of existing improvements
c. Wetwell repair including protective coating and leak repair
d. Metal fabrications
e. Removal and replacement of existing piping, valves, and vaults
f. Removal and replacement of existing standby diesel generator
g. Electrical, instrumentation, and control equipment
The Work Site is the area located just south of the Quail Valley Golf Course to the Oak Village
Pump Station in Banks, Oregon 97106 (Site) as further shown in the vicinity map in the Contract
Drawings.
The Work is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
The estimated construction cost of the Work is $7,660,000.
The Bidding Documents are entitled “Quail Valley Pump Station and Forcemain Project No.
7133.”

Prospective Bidders are required to attend a mandatory prebid conference and Site visit that will begin at 10:00 a.m. local time on September 23, 2025 and last approximately two hours.
Representatives of Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project. The prebid conference will be held at the Oak Village Pump Station site behind Jim’s Market at the following address and Google Map coordinates:
