Description
The objective of this Request For Proposal (RFP) is for Wor-Wic Community College (herein referred to as "College") to select a Design-Build Contractor (DBC) to provide professional architectural/engineering (A/E) design and pre-construction and construction management (CM) services for the expansion of the Maintenance Building at Wor-Wic Community College ("Project") located in Salisbury, Maryland, as more fully set forth below. The DBC will design the project in total followed by the construction based on the requirements of the College.
