Description
Metro, is inviting bids to remove and replace the irrigation pump house and pump system at Blue Lake Regional
Park.
Special Instructions
A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on May 20, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
at Blue Lake Regional Park’s east parking lot, 21224 NE Blue Lake Rd, Fairview, OR 97024 (see attached map). Per
Metro’s Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL
COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference.
