Description
Metro is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all equipment, labor and materials necessary to replace the existing recirculating gravel filter portion of the sanitary system with a new ATT system (and all necessary accessories) including all plumbing and electrical connections. The Oxbow Park Sanitary system upgrade project is located within Oxbow Regional Park at 3010 SE Oxbow Parkway in Gresham, Oregon. Improvements and services must meet all conditions set forth in the Construction Contract, Construction Drawings, Project Specifications, Supplemental Conditions, and regulatory permits for the duration of the project. Those improvements and services include but are not limited to: - Erosion control. - Demolition and tree protection. - Electrical service including the installation of a new panel. - Install sanitary sewer improvements per Construction Documents. - All labor and materials, schedule preparation, sub-contract trades, oversight and project coordination of work to complete the Project and comply with all Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, codes, and ordinances applicable to the work. - Meet all criteria for required inspections. - Complete all construction work identified in the contract documents for a price not to exceed the approved construction contract amount. - Prepare and submit final contract closeout information as required by the contract documents. A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference and walkthrough is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on February 20, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at the Welcome Center at Oxbow Regional Park. Oxbow Regional Park: 3010 SE Oxbow Parkway, Gresham OR 97080. Go past the entry booth and you will see the welcome center on your right. Per Metro's Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference.Attachments
