THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS RESERVE ONLY SOLICITATION
The University is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to perform painting and touchup of the interior living spaces at Sea Gull Square residence hall. Sea Gull Square is a 12-month lease apartment style residence hall. As such, there will be residents living in the areas and often in the same apartment where painting is to be completed. Occupied bedroom will be marked, and no Contractor will be permitted to enter these occupied spaces.
