Description
In general, the Scope of Work includes providing property management services for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) that will be built in the McKenzie River Valley. Work will include working closely with private property owners to assist them in selecting tenants, maintaining documentation about the tenants, and collecting rent. Properties will be required to meet affordability requirements.
This project will be funded with Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery funds, and all work will therefore be subject to federal standards related to fair housing, nondiscrimination and reporting requirements.
A contract for services resulting from this RFP is contingent upon Lane County receiving an award of Affordable Housing Development funds from Oregon Housing and Community Services. This award from OHCS to Lane County is expected no later than June 2025. This program is expected to fund property management services for approximately twenty accessory dwelling units.
