Description

The selected contractor will demolish and removal all structures and infrastructures on the property. This project is subject to Metro's COBID Marketplace program, Bids will only be accepted from current COBID certified contractors.



Special Instructions

A Voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on April 18, 2025 at 9:00 am at 15322 NW Sauvie Island Rd, Portland OR  97231.  Interested sub-contractors are also invited.
