Description
In general, the Scope of Work includes utility improvements to upgrade the existing water system at Armitage Park. Improvements will include water pipe replacement and trench resurfacing. Contractor to install new water lines prior to water shutoff. Water shutoff and final connection to be coordinated with EWB and Lane County Parks.

A MANDATORY Pre-Offer Conference will be held on Tuesday April 1, 2025, at 11:00am, at Armitage Park: Day-Use Parking Lot: 90064 Coburg Rd., Eugene, OR 97408. Only Offerors in attendance will be permitted to submit an offer for this project. Subcontractors and suppliers are not required to attend the conference but are advised to do so if a site visit is necessary to submit a quote. Statements made by County staff or representatives are not binding upon the County unless confirmed by written addendum.
