Description

In general, the Scope of Work includes Environmental Monitoring (Initial Quarterly Surface Emissions monitoring and all mapping) and report preparation as required by the Lane Regional Air Protection Agency (LRAPA) facility permit (Title V).  Data analysis and report preparation for State and Federal greenhouse gas emissions reporting programs.  Providing technical assistance and performing special projects, investigations and evaluations as needed relating to air quality.  Contract will be for 1 year with the option to extend annually for up to 3 years.  The contract amount is not to exceed $250,000.00 in the 3 year period.
