ITB 4407 Metro Central Transfer Station Push Wall Repair

Description

Metro is inviting bids for the Metro Central Transfer Station Push Wall Repair for the Construction Project Management Office.

Demolish and replace the two (2) existing deteriorated concrete push walls adjacent to conveyor pits no. 1 and 2 at the Metro Central Transfer Station. Work shall be in accordance with the attached J.R Miller and Associated B.D. Resubmittal (REV C) set of drawings and specifications, dated October 10, 2024 and attached as Exhibit C, Drawings and Specifications.

Pre-Bid Conference

A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on November 19, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the Metro Central Transfer Station located at 6161 NW 61st, Portland OR 97209. Interested bidders and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the ITB requirements.

Bidders should bring personal PPE, including hard hats, safety vests and close toed shoes. See Exhibit B for Bid-walk Instructions on Pre-Bid Conference parking and start locations. Per Metro’s Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference.
