Description
Lane County Adult Corrections (LCAC) is requesting proposals from vendors interested and willing to provide a “turn-key system for Adults in Custody (AIC) telephone, tablet and video visitation equipment and services for the Lane County Jail located in Eugene Oregon.

Pre-Proposal Conference
A MANDATORY Pre-Offer Conference will be held on November 1, 2024, at 0900 hours Pacific Time at the Lane County Adult Corrections Facility, 101 West 5th Avenue, Eugene, Oregon, 97401. Only Offerors in attendance will be permitted to submit an offer for this project. Subcontractors and suppliers are not required to attend the conference but are advised to do so if a site visit is necessary to submit a quote. Statements made by County staff or representatives are not binding upon the County unless confirmed by written addendum.
Security clearance is required prior to attendance at the Pre-Offer Conference. A clearance form, Attachment D, is included in this document with instructions for submission. Forms must be received by 1700 hours local time on October 30, 2024.

About Lane County
