Description

Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to be considered for the award of a Price Agreement in one or more of the following categories:

·         Architectural Services

·         Structural Engineering Services

A description of the services included in the different categories and the SOQ’ requirements and timelines are in District’s Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document.  Interested consultants must submit an SOQ to be considered.  The intent is to enter into multiple Price Agreements for each category.  SOQs are to be submitted electronically to Michelle Mann, Procurement Specialist, via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker (Bid Locker) at  https://bidlocker.us/details/4465 by 2:00:00 p.m. PST, on October 17, 2024.  Before a SOQ is submitted, you will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. There is no cost to register.  District will not accept SOQs by mail, facsimile or email.  Late SOQs will not be accepted or considered for award by District.

The RFQ document may be downloaded from Bid Locker at  https://bidlocker.us/details/4465.  It is a proposer’s responsibility to refer daily to Bid Locker’s website to check for any available amendments or addenda, response to inquiries or questions, cancellations, or notices of intent to award, and any and all information regarding this opportunity. It is not District’s responsibility to notify participating proposers by email or by any other means of any of the above.  Copies of this advertisement can be obtained on the Bid Locker website or District’s website at https://dynamic.cleanwaterservices.org/Bids.  If you experience problems downloading the RFQ, please contact Michelle Mann at mannm@cleanwaterservices.org. 

District may reject any SOQ not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel this solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all SOQs upon a finding that it is in the public’s best interest to do so.

We are a water resources management utility that combines science and nature to clean water and return it to the Tualatin River, so it can be used again.

We work in partnership with others to safeguard the river’s health and vitality, ensure the economic success of our region, and protect public health for over 600,000 residents and businesses in urban Washington County.
