ITB 4375 St. John's Landfill (SJL) Storm-water System Rehabilitation

Description

Metro is soliciting bids from qualified plumbing contractors for a stormwater system rehabilitation project at Metro’s St. Johns Landfill (SJLF), located at 9387 N Columbia Blvd, Portland, OR 97203. The intended purpose of the project is to re-establish proper stormwater routing and discharge at two detention ponds by removing and replacing the existing stand-pipes, re-sleeving the culverts as well as removing sediment build-up.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on August 27, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at 9387 N Columbia Blvd, Portland, OR 97203.  Per Metro’s Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference.

Public Benefits Program Requirements Meeting  Metro will have a virtual meeting on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, 9 a.m., to further describe Metro’s Public Benefit Programs and their requirements to proposers and to answer questions.  These programs are described in the “Metro’s Public Benefit Programs“ section of this ITB.  All potential bidders are encouraged to attend.
