RFQ 4359 Plumbing and Rooting Services for Portland 5 Center for the Arts

Description

To provide general and emergency plumbing services as needed for the Facilities of the Portland’5 Centers for the Arts.                                                                                                                                                                                        Services shall include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following: 
-Drain, waste and vent cleanout, including sanitary waste drains, floor and roof drains, beverage cooler and ice bin drains and similar items 
-Supply pipe and tubing installation, repair and/or replacement for sinks, toilets, showers, drinking fountains, ice makers, commercial dishwashers, washing machines and similar items 
-Replacement of common plumbing fixtures such as plastic, metal and porcelain sinks; toilets; faucets & commercial kitchen sprayers; hose bibs; shower heads and components; sink drains, P-traps and associated piping; floor drains and associated piping 
-Maintenance and/or replacement of domestic water heaters, circulating pumps, hot water pipe heat tracing, domestic water distribution and shutoff valves, backflow preventers and similar items.
