Description

Metro, is inviting bids for Agency wide risk and safety analysis. Proposals will be due as indicated on the RFP cover page. 

Pre-Proposal Conference A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at Zoom on May 30th , 2024 at 11:00 a.m. (PST). Interested proposers and sub-contractors are encouraged to attend the conference to gain information about the RFP requirements.

Proposal Writing Coaching For this RFP, Metro offers free coaching for interested COBID firms. The coaching will be done by a contractor of Metro’s choice. The coaching will be a 30 – 60 minute session about writing a proposal in general. Any interested firms must communicate that interest by 2:00 pm on June 11, 2024 to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov. Metro staff will be in touch to connect you with the contractor for scheduling.
