ITB 4324 Environmental Systems Cleaning & Maintenance Services

Description

Metro is inviting bids for scheduled Environmental Systems Cleaning and Maintenance Services and on an as-needed basis at its solid waste transfer stations and other Metro sites as requested

Contractor shall provide Catch Basin, Trench Drain, Oil/Water Separator, & Vacuum Truck Services to Metro’s Solid Waste Sites and other Metro sites, including, but not limited to Metro South Transfer Station and Metro Central Transfer Station.

Pre-Bid Conference

A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on May 17, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Metro Central Transfer Station, 6161 NW 61st Avenue, Portland OR 97210.  Bidders are strongly advised to attend to see and understand the complexity and access limitations of the MCS stormwater oil/water separator.  Attendees will park and assemble in the gravel lot just past the station’s 2nd entrance and will bring PPE, including hard hat and safety vest.
