Description
Portland State University (“PSU” or “Owner”) is proposing to expand their facilities on the Oak Savanna by creating a new field station, renovating the existing Indigenous Traditional Ecological and Cultural Knowledge (“ITECK”) Center, and complete certain additional associated activities as set forth in this RFP (the “Project”).

Pre-Proposal Conference Information
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be conducted Virutally on May 1, 2024 at 2:00 pm, local time via Zoom and the Meeting ID is 814 4932 6024. See Addendum #01 for further Zoom joining instruction.
Only proposers who have an employee at the meeting shall be allowed to submit a proposal. That is, attendance by an Employee of the firm responding to the RFP is required at the Pre-Proposal Meeting. Attendance by an Employee of a Lower Tier Consultant, while not discouraged, shall not be sufficient to satisfy this requirement. Attendance will be documented on a sign-in sheet prepared by the PSU Contracts Department representative. After the meeting, there will be a walkthrough and examination of the site and conditions.
Proposers who arrive more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start of time of the meeting (as stated in the solicitation and by the PSU representative’s watch) or after the discussion portion of the meeting (whichever comes first) shall not be permitted to submit a proposal on the project.
