Description
Qualifications are requested from providers of crisis and emergency services, rapid re-housing, homelessness prevention, and emergency rent assistance for the provision of Short-Term Rent Assistance (STRA). The purpose of this solicitation is to create a pool of qualified providers that can be contracted to support eligible households experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
Home Forward will utilize a two-step RFQ/RFP process for this solicitation. Home Forward will identify and create a short-list of qualified service providers in this first step, the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Once the short-list has been identified, the second step will be for qualified service providers to respond to a subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP) to deliver STRA services.
Home Forward will periodically re-open the Short-List to invite providers to submit their qualifications for consideration.
Providers included in the Short-List are not guaranteed STRA contracts.
