Portland State University (PSU), on behalf of the owners of the Fourth and Montgomery Building, is seeking Responsive Responsible Proposers to submit Proposals for property management services for the Fourth and Montgomery Building (FMB). This Request for Proposal (RFP) represents PSU's good faith effort to detail the specifications and requirements for the property management services for the Fourth and Montgomery Building (FMB) that will best meet the building owners' needs at the best value to the building owners.
