Description
The University is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to install a sprinkler system in one of our satellite houses, served by a sprinkler room in the Lab (detached building on the property). In addition, renovate an existing bathroom, create an ADA shower and add an ADA toilet on the first floor of the house.
