Description
Metro is seeking a contractor to repair concrete joints at Metro Central Transfer Station with the least amount of disruptions to operations as possible. Because of the heavy vehicle traffic and exposure to decomposing organic material, the proposed repair must be suitable for an acidic environment, equipment traffic, and physical abrasion. A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at Metro Central Station, 6161 NW 61st Street, Portland, Oregon on August 27, 2019 at 9:30-am. Attendance at the pre-proposal is strongly advised due to the site conditions, access, and operational impacts. Per Metro's Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference.Attachments
