Smith Memorial Student Union (SMSU) Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) - Consultant

A mandatory video conference pre-proposal meeting will be conducted via Zoom on December 7, 2023, at 9:00 am, local time. Vendors must pre-register on or before December 6, 2023, at 5:00 pm, local time to receive an invitation to this meeting. To pre-register, send an email to proposals@pdx.edu listing the name of the attendee(s) along with their email address(es). A meeting invitation will then be sent to the provided email address(es). Only Proposers who have representatives at the meeting will be allowed to propose.  Contracts Officer will document all attendees and issue an Addendum with the list after the meeting.

Note: Do not wait until the day and time of the meeting to set up access to Zoom.

Prime bidders who arrive in the meeting more than five minutes after the start time of the meeting (as stated in the solicitation and by the PSU representative’s watch) or after the discussion portion of the meeting (whichever comes first) may not be permitted to submit a bid on the project.
