Description
This project will improve the integrity and longevity of the embankment on either side of the Smith and Bybee Wetlands Natural Area dam and water control structure, which is experiencing animal burrowing, water seepage, and does not meet desired standards for seepage.

Pre-Bid Conference Information
A VOLUNTARY Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on October 9, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at Smith and Bybee Wetlands Natural Area via the St John’s Landfill, 9387 N Columbia Blvd, Portland, OR 97203. The entrance to the Landfill Road is located across Columbia Blvd from Chimney Park. Participants will gather at St John’s Landfill office building.
