ITB 4222 Portable Toilet Rental and Sewage Disposal Services

Description

Provide portable toilet rental, vault toilet pumping, sewage lift station pumping and other general sewage pumping services to all requested Metro locations. The Contractor shall also provide portable toilet rentals, including delivery, pick-up, regularly scheduled sanitization and pumping, for special events held at Metro facilities as well as for newly acquired parks or facility areas upon Metro’s request. There is no guaranteed minimum and no maximum number of portable toilets which will be rented and serviced. It is anticipated that a large majority of these locations and frequencies will remain constant during the period of the contract. However, the Contractor must be flexible since some locations will change, be added or eliminated, and some frequencies will change during the period of the contract. Metro reserves the right to purchase additional or fewer Portable Toilet Rentals and Sewage Disposal Services under the contract other than the quantities stated in the bid documents.
