Description
The University is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to perform work to demolish five existing rooftop units and retain roof curbs and electrical connection to be reused on new equipment. Evaluate the need for adapter curb. Furnish and install five new rooftop units making connection to existing ductwork within roof curb. As well as provide mechanical and electrical services to support the installation including equipment, piping, conduit, valves, insulation, etc. per the specifications.
